was called back a week later for a more formal one on one interview with area manager in which I was asked my career aspirations, suitability for the role and availability

One on one interview with the Area manager discussed my experience and previous roles in depth. Also asked about selling skills and how confident i was on the shop floor. this was easy as any shop staff know how to sell.
