OA with untimed questions, another OA with timed video questions, AC invite with personal interview, group interview, case study and reflection Questions were standardised so everyone got the same questions and it seemed like they typed up your responses to review later without any bias

The final round assessment centre took place virtually last year. Before the AC, attended an information session where tips and advice were provided. AC involved case study where information was given to read then answered questions. Following this, there was a group exercise where we were told to deliver a presentation about a particular topic and finally, a 1 to 1 interview.
