It was a 3 interview process for me. I think this is dependent on the property you apply to. First was a phone interview with someone from Recruiting/ HR. It went well, talked about my customer service experience and experiences that translated to this job. When interviewing on the phone, it’s important to keep your energy up and ensure that you can keep their attention. Be pleasant but don’t try to hard. Next I met with the property manager. Typical interview and behavioral questions. Finally, I met with the person in charge of properties in the area. By the third interview it was about getting to know me and I’d say more relaxed. Entire process went smoothly and quickly. With 2-3 days in between. Always practice for interviews. With a job like this it is important to have people skills and communicate well. Regardless of how great your resume is, don’t let your nerves get the best of you.
