I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MAERSK (Liverpool, England) in July 2016
Interview
The first thing I had to do was take an IQ test in 12 minutes. So my advice is to do some online IQ practice tests. On the day try to answer as many questions as you can, maybe the shorter ones. I read somewhere on this site you need to get 20 out of 50 right.
I was told I did not get the job because I failed this test. A test that does not say anything about a person. A test that cannot assert if a person is organised and efficient. A test that cannot determine if someone has good interpersonal skills, are decisive, confident, capable etc etc etc
I had to put myself in the companies position and ask myself If I had my own small business and had to interview candidates would I give them this test. The answer is no, it's a one dimensional way to judge any candidate. To say that someone who passed this test is smarter than someone who hasn't is absolute nonsense.

Question 1
I was asked competency based questions:
Tell me a about a time you took a lead in a project and what did you achieve...
How do you handle interruptions to you work...
How do you handle a difficult customer/stakeholder...
How do you think this role helps the business achieve its sales goals
What do you do if you are unable to gather all the information you need to go forward with a project
I applied online. I interviewed at MAERSK (The Woodlands, TX)
Interview
The first round was done thru phone by an HR representative in a different state. Typical behavioral interview questions. Three weeks later I was offered an in-person interview. Unfortunately due to my circumstances at school I was not able to be there in-person, but instead held the interview thru phone.

I applied online. I interviewed at MAERSK (Florham Park, NJ)
Interview
The process first started with an online application. shortly thereafter I was called and emailed to set up a preliminary phone interview. The questions were situation I.e. "explain a time when you encountered this." Answers has to include the situation, my decision/role, and the outcome. it took about a half hour. About a week later I was emailed when i would have a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and the next more senior person. There were no questions, but rather a discussion of the job and how i thought i would fit in. it lasted about an hour, and they answered any questions I had.

Simple questions. Job was open from Nov till end of Jan. I have yet to receive a response from HR if the position was filled or still reviewing candidates.
