Interview
Very standard interview. At the begging they give you aptitude test ( you can google this- fairly straightforward). Questions like your strengths/weaknesses, tell me about yourself, why are you suitable for this role etc.They are interested to see whether you are able to cope with emails, customers, phone while keeping your professional manner. Interview was about 1 hour.

Interview
Invite to interview arrived 6 weeks after the post applied for. First was a logic test, given on paper, 12 minutes allocated. Then an interview with the hiring manager and one other sales person. Interview was relatively informal with competency based questions.
Response came less than a week after the interview with feedback from the hiring manager.
