I got contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. We arranged a short pre-screening on the phone. The week after I got invited to an on-site interview, first with HR, afterwards with someone from the department. A few days later I had the final interview with the hiring manager on the phone.

it is quick and easy, around 10 minutes, they ask very basic questions and explain you the role to make sure you understand what they need and if you can be a good fit

HR rang me up and organised an interview. I had an interview with the hiring manager for the position. Hiring manager was really nice. I would apply to the company again.

Interview
First, I was interviewed by the main supervisors, and later on I was interviewed the Head manager of the department.
I found it a bit confusing, as at the beginning in the first meeting I was told that it would be just that long interview and then another one with the main manager to sign the contract.. Nevertheless the main Manager explained me that they were a Headquarter, so they have to double check everything in detail.
