Interview
Interview process was very structured - and there was a lot of transparency to the different steps / stage. However it is quite a long process. I had five separate interviews, which included evaluations etc. Evaluations include personality and Logic/IQ tests, that are given multiple times to ensure results are an accurate reflection.
