Question 1
They wanted to check my abilities to read and interpret wiring and hydraulic schematics
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MANTECH in May 2026
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, asking to schedule a phone call with me to discuss my background and future opportunities at Mantech. Our scheduled time came and went, and the recruiter was a no-show. I rescheduled our meeting, and then received an email from the recruiter saying that he had had a conflict and that's why he couldn't make our first meeting. Then, our second scheduled time came and went, and he was a no-show AGAIN. Giving him the benefit of the doubt because I assumed he was a professional, I gave him a third chance and, for the THIRD time, he was a no-show.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and the company should really examine who they have working their front lines. They're making a very poor impression.
Easy to the point there was emphasis on team players and abilitity to independently work. The interview is usually after communicating with the recruiter and answer basic screening questions then you’ll be faced with the managers and a SME of the subject to ask technical questions.
Basic recruiter call asking about resume and skills. The screen felt very conversational, though they didn't know much about the day to day operations of the role so it was a bit difficult to ask specific questions.
