Interview
Telephonic "are you still interested and let's go over your resume" interview. Called back the same day for an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. One hour one-on-one interview with both sides given time to ask questions. Discussion focused on ability to hit-the-groud-running. Hiring Manager had contacted at least some of my references prior to the interview.

If offered this position, how long do you plan on staying in it?
Three interviews, process took a while. First was a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. They had a horrible connection so I could barley hear the hiring manager. A day later I received an email regarding my interview, requesting a second interview via application. Then a few days later I received a phone interview again and then was seen in person for another interview. A few days later I was hired but I didn't start my employment until a couple weeks later.
