I applied through other source. I interviewed at MARB MKTG in Oct 2024
Interview
I don’t normally post things like this, but I feel it’s important to share. This was by far the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been through.
The CEO personally reached out to recruit me for the role. From there, I went through multiple rounds of interviews with members of the leadership team. After several conversations, I was ghosted for months with no communication or updates. Eventually, I was contacted again and asked to re-engage in the process, only to ultimately be denied the role — explicitly due to my disability. Not only was this illegal and discriminatory, but the salary offer I received was also insulting and wildly misaligned with the scope of responsibility they described.
The entire process was filled with manufactured urgency for a company that clearly lacked internal structure. When I requested to review an employee handbook, none existed or was readily available. The role itself didn’t even have a finalized title; leadership was actively trying to merge multiple positions together due to significant turnover and multiple recent resignations.
I walked away from this experience realizing how thankful I am that this opportunity didn’t move forward. The disorganization, lack of professionalism, and blatant discrimination made it clear that this was not a healthy or sustainable work environment.

Question 1
Would you be willing to work until 6 or 7 everyday?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MARB MKTG (Nashville, TN) in July 2023
Interview
I was asked in an email to provide availability over the next few days, and we decided on a time for my interview. I made sure to take off from my current job to have availability. While I was getting ready for my interview, I got an email saying they had offered a candidate earlier in the day the position, and they would keep my resume on file for future opportunities. No apology for wasting my time and extremely unprofessional. It really showed the true colors of this company.

I applied online. I interviewed at MARB MKTG (Nashville, TN) in July 2020
Interview
First interview was about a half hour zoom interview and was with 2 people. Seemed interested in me but then never responded to my follow up emails. Initial interview was rescheduled which was frustrating to me.
