MAT Holdings interview questions

Beware of wasting time pursuing a career at this company. 2 months of dangling multiple positions and then being "ghosted" after 4 interviews. After applying online, was reached out by HR and scheduled a phone interview. Once that was completed with HR, we proceeded with another phone interview with the corporate controller. Once that was completed, I was invited on-site for an in-person interview with 2 more employees I would be working closely with. I was then asked to come back on-site for another in-person interview with 2 more higher-ups since the others had gone well. Once completed, an official application with specific references was requested and provided after the weekend. No response received since (4 weeks since information was provided) While on-site, a 3rd on-site interview was discussed, however, I am definitely no longer interested in working for such an unprofessional business. It takes less than 5 minutes to call a candidate and update them, especially when both parties have spent plenty of time and resources.

Straightforward direct interview process. Most of the time was spent going over resume and how previous experience would apply to the job. Interviewed by project managers and department director. Overall was a positive experience.
