The recruitment process with MAU internally was lengthy, but worth it because they truly want to ensure they are hiring good talent. It is a three-step process and then you will be doing a writing assessment that contains 5 paragraphs of great achievements you've had in your life. Fairly easy process.

Initial phone interview, conversation with recruiter. Talked about next steps, etc. Asked general questions. After the phone interview, I never heard back from the recruiter. Talked about salary, job description, just basic things. Easy phone interview.
