The issue with them this they do not care about the time and effort a candidate puts up in the interview.
Once my CV was shortlisted I appeared for the managerial round. The duration of interview was 1 hour and there were many scenario based questions.
The problem is the interview went well and I was told by the Hiring Manager and that he/she would be scheduling the next technical interview in the coming days but all of a sudden the very next day I received the response they have moved on with other candidate which suited the profile.
The Problems are
1.> The candidates puts in lot of effort in interview preparation and hence respect that.
2.> If you almost selected someone else do not take the interview for the sake of it.
3.> If the candidate has done well and you have mentioned that you will be scheduling the next round and then backtracking from there, at least respect your words.
Very negative experience with a sense of betrayal. I am not going to trust the HR from this company again,
