Two stage process, over phone & in person with a task involved after that. Lengthy interview (1hr+), but easy communication with the MD's. More of a cultural fit to see whether you would have the work ethic
I applied through other source. I interviewed at MC2 (New York, NY) in Jan 2026
Interview
I completed a video interview for a Sales role on the Experiential team. The conversation was positive, and the next step was communicated as a follow-up meeting with another leader to discuss fit, including potential alignment across two roles. Based on that direction, I invested time preparing and beginning outreach aligned with the role’s stated objectives. A few days later, I received a generic rejection email from HR with no context and no follow-up from the hiring leaders. The abrupt close, after clearly stated next steps, felt inconsistent and not respectful of candidate time. Sharing this as a heads-up for anyone considering interviewing here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Ben asked whether I could consistently secure meetings with senior decision-makers (across industries) and open doors for MC², both through my existing network and through creative outreach when I don’t already have a direct connection.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MC2 (Las Vegas, NV) in July 2024
Interview
Started with a conversation, a few emails, video chat/interview, 2 in-person interviews. Great conversations. Good report. Things were all looking positive and promising of next steps. To no reply or response.
