Interview with Recruiting Manager. Very thorough interview. Initial interview as telephone. The next 2 were telephone as well. Interview with Hiring Manager, then VP. The last step was onsite interview and tour of facility.

Very thorough 5 step interview process. Beginning with Human Resources; then Finance direct report and Management to align skill sets. Next rounds were with General Manager and Operations Management to align expectations.
