1st, phone interview with HR rep. Following that, a sit down interview with the Quality Manager. During that portion, a simple math test is administered. Last stage is and interview with the General Manager.

We went over expectations and job qualifications. Went on a tour of the plant and finished up with some one on one questions. Interacted with my future team and had a few laughs. Overall the process was welcoming and not once did I feel out of place.

Interview
I was able to tour the facility and learn more in depth about the position. I met a few of the staff that I’ll be working aside. All of the workers in the department play an important role when filling customers orders.

The first one was great. She made me feel very comfortable. The second with the gentlemen went very smoothly as well. A lot of know in the company. And then toured the plant. Very clean and quiet. Can't wait to learn everything I can about the company.
