MCM Staffing interview questions

The interview was in a very relaxed atmosphere. The interviewer was very polite and to the point. He has also been in touch with me since the interview. When I call if he doesn't answer he does get back with me within hours.

It was detailed, gave total description of job and what was wrong, what it needed to fix it and Do I want to be part of a team who can help change culture that was previously created.
