Interview
First human resourse specialist reaches out via phone or email to set up an interview with department leaders. Second part was a two person panel interview including nurse manager and unit nurse.

There was a lot of situational questions that seeks to describe my previous behavior and if I would be a fit with the unit. i.e. Explain a time you had conflict with previous coworker? Along with the usual questions of, What are your strengths and weakness? Why nursing, what are your goals?

Interview
I interviewed with the manager first who described the unit and the patient population in great detail and asked 4 questions. A week later a Second interview was had with a recruiter who asked 2 questions and went over my offer and benefits.

Human resources takes a long time to follow-up, two to three weeks. The interview had great questions and information about your actual role. It was definitely worth the wait. Just a longer process than I was typically used to.

Interview
Interview process and experience went great . Usually nervous during interviews, but interviewer made me feel comfortable during the process. The interview also wasn’t lengthy , 10-20 call with HR and they even made sure to give me time to think about the offer before making a decision.
