MD24 House Call interview questions

I applied online. I received an email to self schedule an interview. The recruiter calls and asks preliminary questions. The recruiter then sets up an interview with an MD via skype. The MD asks questions about ones background. A video about the companies mission statement and inception is viewed. Then several days later I received an offer letter.

Applied last year and the process was that fast and convenient as it is done via Zoom. Phone interview, Initial Interview and Final Interview with the Manager. After few days, I already got the call from the recruiter saying I got the job.
