MDF Instruments interview questions

They invite you to an interview and as soon as you arrive you're huddled into a room and told that it is now a group interview. It's one thing if they set up this expectation, it's another when they lie to you about it. But it gets better...then they make you play a stupid card game and additional head games by having you pick who you think would be the best candidate. Then they bring you back for a second interview where they ask ridiculous questions, ones they don't even know how to answer. They do this while they're all on their cellphones acting high and mighty. I walked out. The biggest group of idiots I have ever met in my entire life.

Group interview, unconventional interview questions, teamwork activities. I was not shocked to see the group interview setting as I come from a work environment where this is common. My advice is if there is a group interview just be nice to everyone .
