It is a 2 round interview and sometimes 3rd round with the CTO who will further discuss about the processes and your approach to solve the problems. 1st round is with HR and QA lead/manager who will go through some knowledge test and the second interview will be with senior QA and QA Manager who will go through Scenario planning.
