MDRC Research Assistant interview questions

Terrible process. I applied in December. I was in a different timezone and they scheduled my interviews at 2/3 am despite me telling them I would prefer a different time. I had a phone screening and then met with 4 different people. They rescheduled my second interview the day of and then took another week to set a date. They never got back to me until I followed up. They told me to apply for the same job again, and did not give any feedback as to why I did not receive the original position. Not worth 4 months of back and forth.

I was screened by HR, had an in-person interview where I met with junior and senior staff and did a data-checking skill assessment, followed by the offer. The process was smooth and efficient.
