I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn who was nice, friendly and cooperative. I had an interview with her first, and then another interview with their HR and two of their technical leads. I have then had a third interview preceded by a technical task, with three of their technical leads.
The first one was obviously not technical and we discussed expectations and working conditions.
The second one was very easy. Simple questions about OOP, SOLID, C# language tricks and syntax, as well as knowing each other.
The third one was average. I spent about 90 mins getting asked about the details of my implementation to the technical task and all the what-ifs and how my implementation aligns with OOP and SOLID principles.
My overall experience is positive. I sensed friendliness and humbleness while speaking to them and yet I've been asked about every single little detail with regard to my implementation (which is fair). All of my interviews were conducted remotely as I -if hired- would've required relocation. Their response times are great (few hours after the interview, max 2 days in my exp.).
