I applied at 10 a.m., and by 5 p.m. on the same day, their HR had already contacted me via WhatsApp to schedule an offline interview. I applied on Monday, and they scheduled the interview for Tuesday right away. I didn’t expect the process to move that fast.
On Tuesday, I came to the interview, but the HR representative arrived about 15 minutes late, which I personally found unprofessional since I was asked to be there at 10 a.m. During the first HR interview, I was given a text to create a video, which I completed and submitted on Wednesday.
Then on Thursday, I was called in for a second interview, this time seemingly with the user. The interview was actually enjoyable and not too difficult, and the text provided was manageable to work on.
However, the issue is that up until this month, I have not received any information regarding whether I was accepted or rejected by the company. At the very least, if I was not accepted, I believe they should inform candidates via email or WhatsApp. In my opinion, this is the bare minimum of professionalism a company should have.
I even sent a follow-up email to ask about my recruitment status, but it was not replied to. I was simply expecting some form of confirmation if I was not selected.
Additionally, from the beginning of the interview process, they mentioned that the job would often require overtime, but it would be compensated with a decent salary.
