I took part in an interview which, for the most part, was a fairly generic interview experience. However, the HR representative was newer to the company so the flow to the conversation felt somewhat awkward. The representative also seemed a bit under prepared for our interview as the individual was unable to answer a couple basic questions I asked regarding the role. The representative actually thanked me at the conclusion of the interview for asking those questions (that went unanswered) as they would now need to go back to the hiring team to obtain more information regarding the role. I can't help but feel that had I had a more seasoned interviewer the overall flow of that interview would have perhaps gone more smoothly.
