Interview
Walking though my resume and asking behavioral questions. Challenging technical terms that were put on my resume for the technical round. A fairly long process but once I was accepted they were much more responsive and kept checking in on me. It may have also been long because of how early I applied.

Interview
I applied through Insight Global. They gave me two phone calls from Insight Global asking about my experience, and I was invited to do the OA, and after passing it, I was invited to a panel interview. Then the process is still going on, they need to go through METECS, Lockheed, NASA, after it's approved, you still get the final interview with Lockheed while I was informed that the panel interview was the final round, but I guess something changed.

Interview
One phone interview with an engineer followed by a video call with same engineer and a senior manager. Phone interview just went in to background and some what-if situations, basically trying to see how you would attack a problem. Second interview consisted of programming questions (general and ROS-specific) followed by live-coding. Interviewers were very nice and gave hints for the live-coding part.
