The first interview was a thirty minute introductory phone call with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Then second round interview was an hour long in person conversations with two senior managers.

They first will schedule a phone call with you, and give some information about the role, and what the job usually does every day. and then you give a self-introduction and ask about your experience in client service or any relative work experience.
