I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MGM Resorts International (Las Vegas, NV) in Sept 2014
Interview
Short typing test, must type 35 wpm. Interview with management . Offered job on the spot. Had to obtain gaming card prior to employment. the interview was a smooth process , wasn't to hard. I like the fact that I was offered the position on the spot instead of waiting for a email or call weeks later. I had to pass a hair folical drug test and background check prior to training. The only con to the entire process is having to wait month to attend training class. They only train new employees once a month.

Interview
Applied online. Few days later I got an email for a video interview (recorded, nobody live) they ask you 5 questions. 1st one is "can you work any shift from 6am to 11pm" another was "tell me a time when you had to meet a difficult deadline" (something of that nature) 3rd was "describe a time where you had to exceed customers expectations) 4th was " tell me about a time where your co workers depended on you to get a certain task done" and last was "tell us anything else you would like to know about you".... the last one is where you give your sales pitch. you only get 2 chances to answer. After that waited about a week... got an email for panel interview. It seriously takes 90 min. Arrive and have to take a typing test, 30WMP from typing test.com (if you want to practice) only get 2 chances. Then you get to shadow an employ taking calls and ask them qestions for 15-20min. Then you wait. Get taken to a room and it was like 7-8 of us. 2 people asked us all th same 5 questions. Keep answers short and simple and call center related or about great work ethic, dont be vague and say "one time as a cashier"... (one girl said that. She didnt stand out, she was only one who didnt get hired) after that... we all waited outside. one girl got called in and left asap. The rest got hired. They let you know then and there. Hand you offer letters. HR lady said "even though Nevada is a legal state, we do have a no drug policy and drug test, keep that in mind"... so for all those wondering, They do 10 panel drug test. Urine test and test for THC ( you're welcome)

Question 1
How do you influence others? Tell us about a difficult time at work and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MGM Resorts International (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online 20+ days ago and did a digital interview first before the panel interview. The panel interview was easier than the digital interview. At first I thought the panel interview would be harder just because you are speaking with more than one person and you have other candidates with you in the same interview.

Interview
You get a video interview that is followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview consists of a typing test followed by a panel interview. You typically get the interview within a few days of first applying online and then about three days later you will get notified if you are selected to move on to a panel interview.
