I applied through university. I interviewed at MGO
Interview
It was an on-campus interview with one of the managers. It was about an hour long where we mainly discussed my resume and the manager asked for more details when needed. No technical questions. Just the usual: tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years, why this company, how do your skills from your previous job translate over, etc.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MGO (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I met one of MGO's HR managers at my university's Meet the Firms event who I gave my resumé. About a week later, I was invited to apply on SparkHire for their Associate position. Shortly thereafter, I received another e-mail to complete a one-way video interview, which consisted of 6 questions that varied in type, time to think about your response, and time to record your response. This took me a while because the platform would timeout and run into errors if I took too long, but overall it was nice because I could complete the interview on my own time.
After submitting my interview, I received a third e-mail congratulating me in being offered to come to the second interview the following week that would be a in-house, which I went to. This interview was in a group setting that began with introductions of both the interviewees and from a different employees - ranging from Partner, Senior Manager, and Associate - who work at the office we would also be working at if hired. Before the main interview process, they presented a brief overview of the company, went over the agenda of the day, and then had us split into groups. Half went to their 1-on-1 interviews with the Partner and then the Senior Manager; the other half stayed for a Q&A panel with a Senior Manager and Associate where we were given the chance to ask questions about the company. Then the groups rotated after about 45 minutes. After finishing up, the entire group was treated to lunch nearby. The entire second interview process from arriving at the office to the end of lunch took roughly 4 hours.
Overall, I felt very welcomed and cared for even as an interviewee. After the in-house interview, we were not informed if we were hired or not. I will add to my review once I hear back.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MGO (Irvine, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I had a phone call 5 days after I applied online. It was a phone screen. Questions are pretty standard. At the end, she said they had a lot of applicants to go through so I knew that I didn't get it. I never heard back from them and it's been 3 weeks.
