Easy and professional. Originally the recruiter reached out and then a zoom interview followed. Just the straight forward work history questions and not much fluff in between. Kind of dry.

I first got a call from an HR person asking me lot of questions related to my background and skills. The phone interview lasted one hour exactly. The questions weren't hard but a lot of them were repetitive and you can tell that the HR person had no idea about the tech/post side of the job description.
