Informative and very detailed. Expect to be interview by several layers of management based on your position and skill set requirements. The recruiter was a great conductor to guide me the interview process.

Recruiter tried to downsell me on another position that would be a step backward. The recruiter implied that this would be a senior position, but when pressed for more information, admitted that they "don't really do formal job titles" and that the position would be in-line with the rest of the team. The vibe I got was that they are looking for senior skills without the senior title or pay. Also, the position is actually 1099 with no guarantee of full-time work.
