MICRO interview questions

Standard Interview process. Applied online, had a phone interview with HR, then had a final meeting with the manager of my department. Heard back with an offer after a week or two.

Phone screen with HR, then a phone screen with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview with the hiring manager, two process engineers, and the director of manufacturing. Each interview was one-on-one and the hiring manager gave a site tour.
