After applying on LinkedIn, I was quickly contacted by the Founder herself. The process was very thorough: not only did I have to go through an interview, but also had to create a Press Release and PR Action Plan. Whilst I did not have any experience, the management team listened patiently to my presentation and provided feedback. Overall, a good process that allows both sides to make the right decision.
