inspiring interwiew with the former managing director who was really a people leader, but he is gone. In december 2013 the compny was acquired by the ALTEN-group and since then they are no onger looking for management consultants, but for graduates which they can sell for as long as possible into temporary placements

Les commerciaux appellent des jeunes pour leurs faire une offres incroyable basse, non négociable, avant même de savoir si il est possible de travailler ensemble. Ils essayeront même de faire culpabiliser le candidat sur ce point. Process interminable dans lequel vous serez pris pour de la viande.

The process was longer than expected. I received the last call after two months since my last interview. However, the three rounds that I passed were really amazing, people is very professional as well as kind.
