MIR3 interview questions

Interviewed with IT HR and a manager IT guy was kind and polite. However when the manager came in he was hostile and aggressive. Explained a product named puppet that i never used and asked "how have you never heard of that?" very rude. HR was cordial This job was within my skill set however bombing on the rude manager did me in. It felt like trying to join the jocks table very strange interview.
