there's not much to say about this. You just submit your materials to online system. they'll decide if you fit. Then professors call you. If match, you're all set.
Interviewer was quite dry, did not respond to answers in a way where you could gauge level of interest. Questions were mostly open ended, except for questions on wheether i had used specific instuments and techniques

Interview
For the first interview phase, I met with the laboratory principal investigator and had a traditional interview meeting. For the second interview stage, I was asked to prepare and give a 30 minute presentation on my past research projects. Then there was a 30 min Q&A section, followed by open discussion.
