I met an employee at a conference and had an informal interview there. Then a phone interview with someone at the level I would have been working at and a superior. Then a full-day on-site interview including a job talk and meetings with several teams.

The most difficult part of the interview was preparing an appropriate job talk, but the questions asked after weren't too difficult.
