Send curriculum vitae and interview via Skype and send some supporting documents such as papers, PhD dissertation, and so on. And waited for 1 week and got an offer, and I took it.

Question 1
Just technical things related to previous research based on prepared slides for interview. Questions were focused on practical skills for me.

It was a great experience. I gave a presentation for the whole group. They asked technical questions related to my work and presentation. They also asked specifically about my papers and patents.

Interview
Gave a 1 hour talk and spent the day speaking with graduate students and postdocs from the lab, around 30 - 45 mins per person. Lunch and dinner was also spent with lab members. Spent an hour with the principle investigator (PI) before the talk, and interacted with the PI during the presentation. Was offered a position at the end of the day, but took a month to consider it and accept.
