There were two screening interviews by recruiters. The first one was very brief and basic by an HR person. The second screening interview was very weird. They used a part time person who clearly had no idea what the job was about and she at first she was talking to me about the wrong position! In retrospect maybe it was a behavioral interview and she was evaluating how I handled an unusual situation. I guess I passed that test because I then had a 1-hour phone interview with the hiring manager plus a technical person. Even though I thought that interview went very very well, I got a note from HR about two weeks later saying "thank you for interviewing. We will contact you if we need additional information".
