Interview
Two simple phone calls. Was asked nothing technical. The people were very kind and we just spoke about emerging technologies and programmings concepts. They asked me what technolgies I had used before, and listed a few, none of which I had ever used, so clearly that didn't impact my chances.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MITRE (Bedford, MA) in Mar 2014
Interview
First I got a call from the head of the department for the position I applied to. He didn't ask me any technical questions, just if I was interested in the position and asked me about some stuff on my resume. Then I got a call from the person who runs the intern program, and she told me some more about the position and offered me a job at the end. These were both phone interviews that lasted half an hour at most
