MITRE Program Specialist interview questions

Referred by someone who had been working at the company for quite some time, which is typically the norm. If you want to work here- make a friend that already works here. First was a phone call from HR- then invited to sit with 4 different representatives as there were multiple roles to fill. Then a follow-up call 1 week after offering the position. Afterwards the longest wait was for HR to send the formal offer letter. All together the process took about 6-7 weeks.
