MITRE VP Interview interview questions

Day 1: Screening call Day 2: One-on-one with HM Day 3: A Panel Interview with 4 + HM Seemed a bit fast to me, but hey - got it all done in a week. Thought I'd done well, but then - nothing. Never heard from anyone again. I followed up with emails to both HR and HM ... and nothing. I sincerely liked everyone I met, thought the company and mission were terrific, and truly hoped to be selected for the role. And then ... nothing. I just can't imagine treating anyone like this - vendor, partner, client - or someone whom you might potentially work with for the next few years. Truly horrible policy as any decent, self-respecting candidate will never consider the company again. Shameful ... and so completely unnecessary.
