After a phone call with a recruiter whose email prior our interview included 'I do not take myself seriously.' during which I was told that an interview with the CTO was being scheduled, in order to move on with the interviewing process, they instead proceeded to "ghost" me. My email, sms and phone call were all ignored with sublime unprofessionalism.
