I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MJH Life Sciences (Cranbury, NJ) in Feb 2022
Interview
3 interviews with recruiter, CEO, and the vp of sales. All about 30-40 minutes each. Questions related to previous work experience and how would you handle certain situations. Over all, the interview process was great.
HR phone screen to assess fit for company culture. VP of Sales to assess for sales skill and personality. CEO to assess for thinking on the spot and capability to face adversity.

Question 1
Be prepared to answer a question designed to make you break your communication skills. Just think on your feet and talk clearly.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MJH Life Sciences in July 2023
Interview
I went into the interview taking the employee's Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt. After my 30-minute conversation with a key decision-maker, I could tell their reviews were 100% on target. "I don't want smart people, I want poor, hungry, and driven people" was said during the interview and I was taken aback by this comment. At that moment, I could tell this would be a position where you are manipulated to not think for yourself. I am sure I narrowly escaped a terrible career choice and would also encourage anyone to save themselves time and go forward with a company that cares about them from the start.
