It was a panel interview, with 4-5 people including HR and all asked some questions. It was more of an informal setup. They asked about their own programs to make sure I have studied their website. Apart from this the questions where mostly behavioral.
The selection process is 1-2 months long. Starts with an pan-India online exam where you need to qualify with atleast 80%. Post which there is a hands-on test to check your skills on MS office tools etc. Followed by Technical and HR interviews.

Why do yo want to switch from sales to IT? (my previous background was into sales)
Transparent, detailed, exhaustive, process oriented, intelligent, candidate friendly and well informed. No issues at all. Just a better communication process would have helped at every stage of the process about the next steps.
