MKG interview questions

I had 3 rounds of interviews total - the first one was with the recruiter which was pretty brief, and then a more in depth conversation with the creative director, and then the executive creative director. No design test, no offer.

Straight forward and incredibly personal. The team is super nice however it might feel really slow moving at times. They are honest creatives but they don't sound incredibly inspired by the work that they do.
