I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MKM Partners (Stamford, CT)

Interview

Straight forward process, in-person 1st round interview, then 2nd round is about 5 hours (with a break) of 7-8 different people within the firm. The process ends with the CEO. I have been in more grueling mental interviews, but this one was difficult only because of the amount of people I met plus having to meet with a company CEO straight out of college is a pretty intimidating task.
