      Strategy Analyst Interview

      28 May 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MKThink in Feb 2024

      Interview

I recently went through the interview process with this company, and it was highly disorganized and unprofessional. The process included a 1-hour in-person interview with the hiring manager to discuss my experience, projects, and past experience, a 1-hour case study presentation on data analysis, a 30-minute interview with the CEO, and an additional 30-minute interview with another CEO which was not initially communicated. There was no specific agenda for each round, and interviews were added at the last minute. After each round, I had to follow up for the next steps. After several rounds, they suddenly stopped hiring and changed their hiring plan without prior communication. Overall, it was an extremely unorganized process. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
