MMI Engineered Solutions interview questions

The interviewer was very friendly, open, and conversational. However, the process didn’t seem too organized, there weren’t too many questions related to my experience and background. The interviews seemed to drag as well. My in person was about 2 hours! Turnaround time post interview was quite long. After not hearing back I withdrew myself from consideration even when I was eventually contacted.
