Short, single interview, seeking out useful capabilities with no mind games. The interviewer was serious and sure of his goal. This was at an early stage, when they sought to create the desk.

Panel interview with deputy director and 1 HR personnel. Interview process was almost an hour. Written test before face to face interview. Interview was not difficult but lengthy. Took very long to get back on put outcome.
